Bioxin is a leading manufacturer and supplier of natural seed oils and related products. It has more than 10 years of experience producing unique, low temperature, slow pressed natural seed oils. Our sustainable methods use no solvents and leave no waste products while producing a very high-quality oils.

Bioxin takes special care in the production of oil by using a true cold press process. Most modern screw type cold press systems can generate heat from pressure that raises the new oil temperature significantly. Bioxin uses water cooled hydraulic plate presses to mimic the traditional method of keeping temperatures low. The result is a very nutrient rich oil, with no heat damage to fragile components. The remaining seed cake is nutrient rich and is used for special seed protein powders. Bioxin protein powders include pumpkin, hemp, sunflower etc.

Hebei Xinqidian Biotechnology Co. Ltd., now Bioxin, was first established in 2007 as a manufacturer and exporter of flax seed and flaxseed oil. The business plan was to control the quality and the process from the planting of the seed, harvesting, pressing the oil, and finally using the remaining material for other products such as flaxseed protein powder. Located in Yu county, Hebei province, China, a quiet and rural area known for clean air and sparkling water they have ready access to raw material. All Bioxin products comply with international quality standards and are distributed worldwide.

Bioxin Facility

Bioxin has two manufacturing facilities. One focuses on specialty oil processing and the other plant-based protein production. Both are high tech enterprises that employ low temperature hydraulic extraction, physical refining, ultrafine milling, and microwave sterilization technologies to extract and preserve health promoting components from a variety of oil seeds.

Our R&D department are fully staffed and equipped with multifunctional reactors, quaternary molecular distillation, spray drying, etc. Laboratory instruments include GC, LC, GC-MS, and UV spectrometer. We collaborate with China Agricultural University, China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China National Cereals and Oils Association, Beijing University of Chemical Technology and other research institutes on product quality improvement in addition to product and technology development.

Bioxin has established a comprehensive food safety and quality management system. Our facilities are certified for the ISO9001, ISO22000, HACCP, USDA NOP, EOS, KOSHER, and HALAL.
